Important Instructions for Bidders

• Bidding Procedure: Single Stage – Single Envelope.

• Submission Deadline: Bids must be submitted via EPADS by 11:00 AM on 30th April 2025.

• Opening of Bids: Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives.

• Bid Security: An original CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) amounting to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the office of the Medical Superintendent before the bid closing time.

• Bidding Documents: Complete specifications and terms can be downloaded from the EPADS portal or the Punjab PPRA website.

• Disqualification Clause: The procuring agency reserves the right to disqualify any bidder at any stage if it is found that the information provided is false, inaccurate, or incomplete, in accordance with PPRA rules.
